Kickoff to launch in six weeks.
Heyo is a small studio of designers and developers. The Launch Program is how we take a product that's ready for market and ship the brand, the site, and the launch creative around it, in six weeks.

The process is the package.
What's fixed is how we work:a scoping intake that decides what your launch actually needs, a six-week sequence, a paired team, and a quality bar that doesn't move. What flexes is the mix of services inside that process, scoped to your launch, not padded to fill a timeline.
You're buying a proven way of working that ships a launch in six weeks. Not a billable-hour count. Not a guaranteed business result. The work, shipped, at a standard we stand behind.

🔥 LOVE IT! Perfect 🚀

CEO
Everyone on our team have talked about how hyped they are to have the opportunity to work with your team again in the future.

Soojin Lim
Marketing Operations
The team didn't meet the project expectations, they SHATTERED the ceiling of our expectations. Our new site has significantly raised our signups and customer excitement for our product.

For teams who can build, but haven't launched.
You have a product that's ready, or close to it. What you don't have is the brand, the site, the launch creative, and a real plan to put it in front of the right people. That's the work.
The Launch Program is built for product teams who know their product and need a partner for the launch around it. We're not here to teach you how to build. We're here to launch what you've built.
What's included in the Launch Program
Strategic foundation
Who the launch is for, how it's positioned, and what we're measuring it against. Everything downstream gets built against this.
Brand refinement
Tightening what you already have so it can carry the launch.
Live landing page
Designed, built, and deployed on your domain.
Ad creative
Built for your primary ad platform.
Launch social creative
Around 12 posts across two channels, ready for your team to run.
Live analytics
A standard GA4 install capturing baseline traffic and the conversion goals we define together in week one.
Launch review
At week eight we sit down, read how it went, capture a testimonial, and tell you what we'd do next.
Need more?
We scope it during the intake.
- Additional pages or a full marketing site
- A full Brand Program built from scratch
- Your brand applied to the product screens buyers will land on
- Custom illustration or motion
- Email capture
How it works
Six weeks, staggered so no one sits idle waiting on the last step. Need a brand built from the ground up? Add a two-week Brand Program to the front and the timeline runs eight.
You're in the room the whole time.
You get the Figma files from day one, a working session with the team every week, and a shared Slack channel where the work moves daily. Feedback happens as we go, not in one big review at the end. That's what makes six weeks possible.
The one thing we count on from you: a 24 to 48 hour turn when we need a decision to keep moving.
What the Launch Program isn't
The Launch Program surrounds a launch. It doesn't build your product, run your ad spend, or manage your channels after the support window closes. Product work is limited to applying your brand to screens that already exist. We don't build new flows or features inside a launch. If that's what you need, it's a separate engagement, and we'll tell you.
Not the cheapest, not the fastest, not a vendor. A team you work alongside for six weeks.

Geomi
Geomi is an Aptos blockchain developer toolkit. They needed a launch presence built for builders. Strategy, brand, product UI, illustration, and a production-grade developer site, all landing at once, on a single date, for a technical audience that engages only when the work feels genuinely crafted.
We ran it as a single engagement. Strategy and brand system locked early. Product UI built in parallel with the marketing site. A custom illustration system tied both surfaces together. One team, one timeline, one launch.
The launch hit on date with a coherent brand, a production-grade developer site, and a product experience that made the technical pitch land.
